dropping one rbt for 2 eagles is the BEST possible change you could make. WITHOUT question!!!
apart from that its probably one of the best lists ive seen on this forum (imo, there arent many good high elf lists here to be honest) . Id keep the commander for challenges, and a little more punch on the charge.
Shadow warriors are garbage. end of story.
