It was a good scam. juss warning other about some bastard at the Square One GW. This was in the winter during christmas time but I need to post it to get it off my chest. I went in to buy a Mega paint set. It was like 300 bucks and since i was spending so much I was suppose to get like 30 bucks of free stuff. I picked out 2 wood elf nobles and that was that. What I didnt do was check the receipt because its christmas and all and I didnt think I'd get scammed but little did I know that he charged me full on everything so I didnt get my 30 bucks for free. K now i got it off my chest and ppl can laugh now lol

urm it was a mistake if you go back to the store im sure they will correct it GW have a reputation for being vry good at correcting mistakes
Yeah i know this guy that accidentally bought two dwarf army boxes and they accepted the other one's back no probs and another guy was sent the wrong codex by mistake so they sent him the correct one a day later and let him keep the wrong one they sent ...
Its actually quite funny because I go to the Square1 GW quite abit! (Square1 is in the Toronto area, Ontario, Canada for who don't know!)

I've found that GW employees are quite cheerful and happy to help any customer, so im sure it was an accident!

I have no hard feelings towards them. I know it was my fault for not checking and by the time i noticed the deal was over but it's ok. The mega paint set got me back into it and so far I've improved much better. Im planning to put up some pics when I borrow my friends camera.

heh I find that the more colors you have, the more selection of paint you get to choose from overall helps ones ability to paint much better looking models... ^.^. though not guranteed. but it could help, in which cases it did for you? cant wait to see pics.

That may be true.. But I can never bring myself to buy more than a few new paints for every colour scheme I do. I'm always terrified about them drying out or losing consistency within a year.. I think this dates back to when the pots were quite badly designed (It might have something to do with that, because my really, really old paints with the incredibly airtight, unopenable lids are usually still usable, it's amazing!) and I had one or two paints do that on me.
