Go with the second list, drop 2 guys from the termy squad, and use the points to aid the tactical squads (maybe add some veteren sergeants w/ powerfists).
Help Me Please (I'm New to 40k) 2000p Blood Angels Friendly
I'm new to 40k I was looking for some help. In fantasy, I play Chaos. I get whipped every time I play my brother (dwarves) and I'm frankly tired of losing. Please don't think I'm a guy who plays to win but losing time after time gets a little frustrating. Could some of you guys help me out in choosing a very good Blood Angels army?

I thought this had alot of firepower and I wasn't sure if an all tank list would work. It has 14 Assault Cannons (three of which are twin-linked), 17 Heavy Bolters. I still don't know about an all tanks though.
Please tell me which list you like better and why. If neither of them appeal to you then please help me out with a new one.
