The fortified manor is simply smothered on Empire parifinalia. Skulls, Griffins, the Twin Tailed comet. You have to get rid of all of it, if you want it to look even remotley High Elf-ish. It can be done, but you ned a lot of patience. And a sharp knife.

If I we're you I would built it from scratch, as stormchaser already said: the fortifoed manor is to empire style. You can try it, but I don't think it's very smart.
