I signed up to this here forums because I have just decided to take up painting these little models and see how good I can be now that Im a little older

Many moons ago I used to collect Chaos Dwarves and played a little Necromunda. I ended up giving the hobby up due to being so young, my only other friend interested in GW games moving away and how expensive it was for a 12 year old.

After looking at my local GW I can see much has changed. New armies in both Fantasy & 40k with some of the specialist games (like Necromunda) being seemingly phased out.

I recently picked up some Night Goblins cheap off Ebay and intend to pick up either a set of paints or "the Battle of Skull Pass" paint set and start painting from there.

Anyways I look forward to pestering you all for painting advice and the like ;)

I dont know what happened.

I planned to just go into my local Games Workshop and pick up the $35.00 Skull Pass paint set and maybe a can of undercoat...

I walk out with the Battle of Skull Pass Hobby Set and the Hobby Starter Kit...

These Games Workshop people could sell ice to eskimoes....

But on the bright side Ive got a lot of paint and lot of figures to paint up.

Im going to practice on the royal ton of Night Goblins before I try anything else. I wouldnt mind getting a bit better at painting before I try painting the Spider Riders or the Big Troll.

So much painting to do....
