Ok girls and guys, this is gonna be quiet complex. I want to make a 1500 points nids army.

Priorities
1. Painted
2. effective
3. easy to be fully painted
4. fun to play

Miniatures (almost) painted
Hive Tyrant
2 tyrant guards
9 Warriors
3 Zoans
40 Termagants
8 Stealers
4 Carnifexes

Further miniatures available
60 Hormagants
24 Devilgaunts
20 Stealers
1 Tervigon
12 spore mines
1 Lictor
3 Raveners

Miniatures I still can build
landing spores(?) as much as you need

Miniatures I would love to use
Devilgaunts
Tervigon (I scratch built one for this tournament ...)

I have some ideas already but hope for some of yours first! Thank you, help is much appreciated!

I'll assume they are magnetised and all configurations are available. I'll also give you a DS list that will require Spores, and a normal walk-all-the-way list:

HQ
Alpha Warrior with a Pair of Boneswords and Toxin Sacs

TROOPS
10 Termagaunts
Tervigon with Adrenal Glands, Toxin Sacs and Catalyst
5 Warriors with Deathspitters and Rending Claws on a Landing Spore with Thorn Blast

ELITES
3 Zoanthropes
Lictor

HEAVY SUPPORT
Carnifex with two sets of Scything Talons on a Landing Spore with Thorn Blast
Carnifex with two sets of Scything Talons on a Landing Spore with Thorn Blast
Carnifex with two sets of Scything Talons on a Landing Spore with Thorn Blast

That's the DS list. You've got very good anti-horde, and since the Carnifexes will they give the opponent less time to react. The main issue here is the abundance of kill points because of Landing Spores, which there's no mini for so you can use whatever you think you can pass as one.
Note that I think Trygons are superior to Carnifexes in pretty much any situation, so I'd change them out if you get your hands on them.

HQ
Tyrant (Mental Scream/Life Drain) with Bone Sword, Lash whip, Heavy Barbed Strangler

TROOPS
8 Genestealers with Rending Claws and Toxin Sacs
8 Genestealers with Rending Claws and Toxin Sacs
8 Genestealers with Rending Claws and Toxin Sacs
17 Termagaunts
Tervigon with Catalyst, Toxin Sacs and Adrenal Glands

ELITES
2 Zoanthropes
1 Doom of Malan'Tai

FAST ATTACK
12 Gargoyles
12 Gargoyles

HEAVY SUPPORT
Tyrannofex with Capsule Cannon, Toxic Thorax Swarm

I assume devilgaunts means Gargoyles. This army is easier to play IMHO. The Tyrannofex (pretty much just a Carnifex) shoots transports open, and the Tyrant cleans up. Gargoyles provide cover and tie units up, Zoanthropes detroyes anything that comes too close, the Doom helps out against any type of infantry or even MC that could pose a problem. Meanwhile, the genestealers can outflank to tear up some.

With both lists, you can create Termas with the Tervigon in objective missions, but don't bother to in Annihilation. I've had a Tervigon create 40 Termagaunst all by himself twice, so he should help in that regard. Both lists have anti-tank, anti-horde, and are as balanced and powerful as I could manage with what you had. Of course, tweak anything to your heart's content! Specially consider whatever you know about your meta.

Ok, here is what I propose. I still won't comment anything.
EDIT: devilgaunts are gaunts with devourers ...

Hive Tyrant
tactical insight, venom cannon, devourers
====
Tervigon
adrenal glands, toxin sacs
17 Termagants
16 Devilgaunts
7 Genestealers
===
3 Zoanthropes, landing spore
===
Carnifex, landing spore
Carnifex
Carnifex
