Hey all,

I am struggling to think of ways to get my dark angels project going, I am attempting to give them a snow-like feel and so far the most I have found is some really nice bases. I have looked at space wolves kit-bashing but surprisingly I cant see much "fights in snow" feeling items, there are the pelt but they don't quite work on the cloaked models. I was thinking about moving into using green-stuff to make the wolf cloaks work with the robes but due to my lack of skill I am worried about ruining the models.

So, has anyone seen any good snow dark angels they could link me too? or any tips you guys could throw my way? this would be much appreciated ;D

Unfortunately as for cape like bits you might be out of luck. Unless you're willing to look for commander kit bits (the back park of the chest piece) for the large cloak.

Fur Cloaks (5)

These are peltish again but it's hard to get away from that when you're going for snow but I think they make far more convincing cloaks than the standard SW fare.
