Imperial Guard: Tournament Style

I was just wondering if anyone here could help me decide whether this is a balanced play list for a tourney that I have coming up in a week. I usually carry around four army lists designed to take on specific armies, however I need to turn in one list for the tourney. Any help would be appreciated.
