Making a Daemon list to show off Warhammer

A favorite local "small town" video game store (it's in San Diego so not really small town) has recently started selling warhammer. After a month, there is plenty of 40k business and players showing up to play but just about no WHFB players. So to drum up some business for it me and my friend are going to play a nice long game sunday to show off Fantasy.

I wanted to use a variety of units to show off my daemons. My friend will be playing skaven and is also planning on using plenty of units like the Furnace and Bell.

What i want is to talk about what kind of list should i have for doing an exhibition game? Any units that you suggest i take or not take?

p.s. i put this in GD instead of army lists since i'm less looking for list critiques and more for good units for an exhibition
