I dont know if anyone has had this fluff for their army but i decided to make a little fluff of my chapter of SM last night. Here it goes:

The Cho-Sen. Once one of the great chapters that protected the Emperor. One of his elite Gaurd that rarely anyone knew about. With the looks of the Black Templar, the Cho-Sen were used only to defeat the enemy from afar.

After milenia of service, the whole chapter left the world of Terra. The Space Marines of the chapter soon forgot about the Emperor and thus did not pray to him at all. As a result they fell to a new god-like thing. It was not Chaos, it was not the Orks, or even Eldar. The Cho-Sen soon began to worrship the mighty god of Nel 'Kazed (i need a better name for the god). With the new gods power the warriors became adapt to night as well as being seige specialists.

Their weapons mighty, their armor thick, and bullets strong, they still fight the enemies of Man, but they worrship a different god. The soldiers were so good at killing from ordance, distance made no difference. they had the best eye site the Imperium had to offer. With the help of Chapter TechMarines, close combat weapons were forged into the pre-existing guns or just made new ones altogether. The Cho-Sen are versitle with all sorts of weaponry and have even made their own assortments.

Thats all I have for now. but if anyone have any thoughts please be happy to post them!! If yall have any ideas, i would love to hear them.

If they're adept at night-fighting, your God could be the Moon God of their Homeworld, or the God of Night.. Another possibility could be God of the Great Expanse or something along those lines, IE, The Expanse of Space between Galaxies, that have no stars in them.

Another one could be God of the Abyss, but that's sorta stretching it a little.

Namewise, you could use the word for Night or Dark in different languages.

In German, Natch means Night, and Mitternacht means Midnight. Dunkel means Dark.

In Latin, acerbus, means Dark, as does ater atra, and atrum. Pullus means dark-coloured. Nox, or Noctis, means Night.

You could always go for the

ChoSen of Al'Xuufash

Lets just say its a corruption of the name of a great legendary hero and the Space Marines took it for their own. If the Inquisition ask any question.....the world they reside in is named Al'Xuufash...:)
