Hi Folks, i've just finished painting my old stripped catachan jungle fighters, and i have taken some shots.

i've been focusing in faces, that are my worst, trying to use slorak's tips 'bout the eyes.

here they are (and i hope you got broadband)

Very nice but you should consider shading your minis using Flesh Wash on Bronzed Flesh or Dwarf Flesh and highlighting with Elf Flesh.

Jacked Guard

I love how jacked the catachans are, especially when compared to the standard IG.

i would suggest lightening up the flesh, as it is very hard to pick out details now. all you need is some lighter colors or your normal color and white/bleached bone.

well, nice job! congrats on the minis!

it's a shame the camo scheme does not appreciate in the photos. the uniform is painted with a camo scheme with dark angels green for base coat, an then consequent stripes made with black, chocolate brown, ss luftwaffe camo green, and ss camo bright green.

faces need more practice, and flesh doesn't have a realistic color due to the elf flesh color & chocolate brown darklining

thanks to all
