Does this look like a good army for about 1400

CCS: 2 Flamers, 1 Heavy Flamer, Power Weapon+Bolt Pistol, Vox-Caster 152
(with chimera with H.bolter and ML)

troops
vet squad: 3 grenade launchers, Vox-Caster (chimera with H. flamer and ML) 145
vet squad: 3 grenade launchers, Vox-Caster (chimera with H. flamer and ML) 145
vet squad: 3 grenade launchers, Vox-Caster 90

Fast Attack
Vendetta: (a Valktrie w/ lots of Lascannons) 130

Heavy Support
2 leman russ with lascannon and heavy bolters (1st squad) 370
2 demolishers with lascannon and plasma cannons (2nd squad)440

HQ: Heavy flamers are too pricy in squads, take one on the hull of the chimera instead as it is a free upgrade. Command squads with 4 flamers are nice but it is a shame to waste BS4. Meltas or plasmas and a medic may be better. Vox casters are a bit of a waste as you cannot recieve orders when your troops are in a chimera and they may not get out too often.

Troops: Take 3 meltas on each unit and drop the vox. The airborn squad should do well. Keep the GL or flamers to keep it cheap. The vendetta is a good fire support unit and wont want to get too close to the enemy.

Heavy: Dont take BS3 lascannon on tanks. Let the vendetta and meltaguns deal with tanks while the russ take on elite infantry. Take all HB or even my favoured design of standard russ with 1HB and plasma sponsons. Demolishers are good but with plasma sponsons they are too pricy. drop the spossons alltogether and try to get another vendetta in the 1500 point list.

if you want veterans objective sitting. them give them snipers times four and an autocannon and hide him in cover ^^.

Also echoing mad cats comments. sponsors are negative towards russ. because mobility is important than anything else for the russ. Also squadroning isn't idea for anything in games less than 2000 points or equal to it. As it just makes the tanks more vulnerable because immobilsed squadron tanks are treated as destroyed. remember to give all tanks hull-mounted heavy flamers! :p.

Vets can only take three Special Weapons and Snipers are bum.

HQ:
Vox Network. In a Mech army this is pretty much a waste of points. you can't use them while in a transport and getting out your transport in generally a bad idea. Drop them.
Change the guns on these guys. Flamers are un but you can get better weapons and make use of the BS4. Melta guns are good for pretty much anything and are fairly cheap. Remember you can always take a Heavy Flamer on your Chimera so there's generaly no need for H-Flamers on troopers (they're to expensive anyway)

TROOPS:
Just like the HQ really. Grab some different gunss for these boys and drop the Vox Network. 2 Units with 3x Melta guns and one units with 3x Plasma guns(or other guns with a deent range for a Objective camper) works well.

Also, grab that 3rd Vet Squad a Chimera, you should easily have the points by dropping bits in Heavy Supoory. +Give your Chimeras Multilaser/H-flamer+

FAST:
Good, Grab a Second. Things aways really work best in pairs or threes.

HEAVY:
Squadron rules aren't brilliant so i'd avoid them if you can. I would just take 2 Demolishers for 1500pts and use the extra points on getting some more people or other tanks to fill other roles.
The one thing Mechanised lists have problems with is other Mech armies. Maybe look into grabbing 2 Hydras for some transport killing. Or take a 3rd Demolisher for pure horridness. If you take 2 Vendettas you should be fine for taking out transports at 1500pts but more never hurts.
