EDITED THE POST SINCE IT CONTAINED POINTS COSTS.PLEASE FOLLOW THE FORUM RULES AND DONT POST INDIVIDUAL OR WARGEAR COSTS.IF YOU FEEL THE NEED USE TOTALS ETC: Necron Lord with war scythe and res orb->points.

welcome

first put the overall points at the end of each choice rather than individual costs, much easier to read and i think theres some rule or something

id say drop an orb lord, make the wraiths into 2x3 w/coils so you can attack on more fronts

and yeah, at low points its hard to make a specific force but still good

This also should be in the Necron Army Lists subforum.

But I would also say it's quite a good basic force. You will struggle against vehicle heavy armies, but otherwise it should stand a good chance against most.

If you wanted a Cryptek as well, he'll have to run around on his own unless you expand the force and take another Overlord to get two Royal Courts.

Thanks guys, gonna split up those wraiths and may try to add 2 more instead of the ann. barge. Would the Cryptek be worth it just to shoot off his solar pulse once and become a solo model? Will definitely be more careful where to post things in the future, not looking to step on any toes:)

im not a big fan of solar pulse, i find it a waste of points and a turn of shooting

but a lance tek is good if you expect to come across heavy armour, its our lascannon/melta weapon basically. however the current must have tek is the tremor tek, good powers and effective against elite and horde

but again at such low points your very limited to all the cool and amazing necron tactics and specialist list, eg deathstar, basically my 1k list is just the bones of my 1.5k 2k list

and thank you Pilot00 for fixing the point problem

hope it helps

If you're looking for a Cryptek with a penchant for vehicle destruction, the guy who takes the stave with the "Haywire" rule is worth it. Can't remember the type of Cryptek and the Codex is not to hand, sorry.

Yep it should, but right now the forum is mess of posting half lists in the 'general' subforums and the other half in the list section. So for the time beeing i am content at leaving it as is.Unless OFC you guys want it to be moved in its right place.

I'm confused by what you mean? The Solar Pulse doesn't stop us shooting. It only lasts for the duration of one player turn. So if you trigger it at the start of your opponent's turn to cause night fighting and stop them shooting, it ends at the start of your next turn.

That would be the Harbinger of the Storm, with his Voltaic Staff! Yeah, they are good; 4 shots, with each hit causing a glance on a 2-5 and a pen on a 6, regardless of the target's armour value. That's pretty nice, even if it just shakes or stuns the vehicle for a turn, that's not bad. The only problem with it, is that it only has a 12" range... :(
