The joys of being in the Army. I have had intermittent access to the internet for the last few months due to the nature of where I have been in the world, so I've had little to no access to my sources of information. However I am back now and will for the foreseeable future so expect me to be a lot more active on this site. Aye, they look awesome. Looking forward to the Mortarion model when that eventually comes out to play. I can't see myself being corrupted anytime soon though. I've always been an imperial player

You might change your mind with the Deathguard, as they are awesome. The Lord of Contagion is a monster in close combat, he hits on a 2+ with four S6 attacks that have a -3 armour save modifier and does 3 damage per unsaved wound. 2 wounds will kill most characters outright. In addition he is T6 with 6 wounds, a 2+ armour save, a 4+ invulnerable save and ignores wounds on a 5+.

Good to see the old guard's still hanging around these boards. The hype from the new edition finally pushed me to check back here. As much of a staunch traitor as I am, those primaris models do look sweet. That being said, they do look like they'd make for good Gal Vorbak conversions...

Yeah, melee variants should be awesome. I was really surprised by the assault guys having guns. But they've started to grow on me a bit.

I think I've decided that I'm going to convert (at least some of) them into mutilators/obliterators. Seems like the best way to make use of these models but not draw the full ire of the ruinous powers,

They are designed to fulfill a tactical niche that was missing from the Spacemarine line in the form of high rate of fire, close quarters, mobile firepower. Now Spacemarines have it all.

I think there was some security issues a year or so ago and everyone's passwords were reset. They (site owners) sent out emails to everyone with their new passwords. If you want I can get them to give you the password to your old account.

Well, looking at the rules I'm thinking of using the rules for Tartaros Terminators as Primaris marines with combat weapons. Or just taking Custodes.
