Ok guys iv got a basic army list up just let me know wat u think first one ;o
i havnt got ma codex on me atm so some items bare with me!

Blood Dragon Vampire Lord + flayed hauberk + ring of night + additional h/w + extra attack thingy + biting blade
Lvl 2 Necromancer + hellish vigour bound item
Lvl 2 Necromancer + 2*Dispel Scroll + nightmare + barding

10 Black Knights + command + banner of barrows

25 Grave Guard + command + screaming banner

2*30 Skellies + command

7 Dire Wolves

Well the army looks very solid, but you can't have a 2nd hand weapon with an additional hand weapon.

Apart from that, I would consider dropping a unit of skellies for some flanking units, or some spirit hosts.
