generally I do not like kommandos, you should drop these in favot of 1 grot screen, and more upgrades

Battlewagon-remove turbo boaster, it will only be effective on turn one. in addition your battlewagon really doesn't need to move that far to allow it to fire the TL Rokkits. Red paint job is questionable, i will admit having that extra inch of movement can be very effective.
Looted demolisher-heavy flamer sponsons are really useless, you don't want your demolisher that close to the enemy, and if its that close its really in trouble. i'd consider the heavy bolter sponsons or the plasma cannons. plasma cannons make excellent emergency weapons when the turrent is blown off. i also prefer the normal russ as the battlecannon is excellent, but the demolisher range will work with your army since your up close and personal anyway.
Your 19 strong units of slugga boys most likely will not need boss poles. they are big enough to hold their own.
I wouldn't put the 17 and both HQ in the same wagon. If i was your opponent i'd definitely shoot it til its dead. plus when (not if) it blows up all that potential is automatically pinned in most cases.
Warboss-i like the power klaw and the choppa give you nice versatility pending who your fighting.
Big Mek-consider down grading him to a normal Mekboy and placing him with the boss, saves 25 pts? maybe less. However, pending if your keeping them as is you might be correct using the big mek.

I agree with mouse on everything but the big mek. It is a good idea (great idea) however in order for the boss to get a mek, he neeeds atleast 5 nobs which serves against the purpose of saving points. good luck
