I like it! ...except for the ten warrior unit, what's the point? Drop that and get a scroll for the priest! Also, drop two archers and get full command for the 50 warrior unit.

X 5 Skeleton horse archers are probably better than x10 skellies. I agree with marnepup too tho, x40 bow skellies won't be that helpful if something breaks through your front line. As for FC, don't know if the skeleton warriors need a musician, but can be useful for x20 archers to swift reform. The only thing you have to deal with war machines is the casket, which isn't great given that your knights will be absolute bullet magnets and only T4 and 3+ save. Horse archers can war machine hunt to an extent thanks to scout and then charge in subsequent turns, not a sure thing tho. I love sepulchral stalked for hunting, but I haven't seen so much love for them in this forum. Huge fan of x2 warsphynxes with roar. Awesome.
