Question About Black Dragons

Can someone Please tell me where I could find fluff on the Black dragons? are they one of the cursed foundings or something? Are there any rules for them or do i just have to use the normal space marine rules?

They ring a bell, but I can't put a finger on where from. Might be mis-remembering Eldar names.
the black dragons are a cursed founding chapter. they have bones that have burst through their skin. but it is alright because they sharpen them and use them as a weapon. they also have fought in the third war for Armageddon.
They have a special rule called Ossific Blades: Any close combat attack that rolls 6 to hit will inflict an automatic wound with no armor save possible (+5 points per model (Assault Squads only))
