The list looks pretty good, (except the halfling who looks small and fat.... tasty meal for the wulfen though). Sprint was a good choice for the Wulfen, it'll put the fear of god into any pesky shooting warbands, but i wouldn't have taken scale sheer surfaces. I know you chose it after an incident with a wall, but you may regret it later in the campaign when he could have taken something more useful like step aside to bolster his defence. I would also spend some time on equipment before the halfling cook book and the extra henchman (assuming you dont mean a book on cooking halflings)... hope that helped.

Jessan: Bondsman with sword, shield and dagger
Kuron: Bondsman with axe, sword, shield and dagger
Ferohk the Wise: Norse Shaman with Sword and kiss of frost

After 2 games:
Ragnar Bloodspiller: Jarl with Sword, axe, shield and dagger. Skills: Barbarian Courage
Gudrun the Axe:Berserker with great axe and dagger
Ulgoth the Blooded: Berserker with sword, dagger and hammer
The Unforgiven: Wulfen. Skills: Sprint (Yay!)
Jessan: Bondsman with sword, shield and dagger. Skills: Scale sheer surfaces (Chosen following a game where he fell and nearly went out of action from the fall. Thank you terrain.)
