Release dates for Tau Empire

I received a model from GW today, there was a leaflet in the box which has the release dates for the new models;

11 march
Tau army box set £145

1 april
Tau battleforce (boxed set) £50
codex Tau Empire £12
Tau crisis battlesuit Commander (1.fig box set) £15
Tau Etheral caste (1.fig blister)£6
Tau sniper drone team (4.fig box set) £15
Tau Pathfinders with rail rifles (2.fig blister) £6
Tau Pirhana team (3 model boxed set) £40
Tau Vespid Stingwings (6.fig boxed set) £15

8 April
Vespid Stingwings (2.fig blister)

22 April
Tau Aun Va - Master of the undying spirit (3.fig + base box set) £20
Tau Pirhana (1 model boxed set) £15

29 April
Tau Sky Ray missile defence gunship (1.fig box set) £25
Tau Commander Shadowsun (1.fig +3 drones boxed set)

This boxed set includes Codex: Tau Empire, Special Edition Tau Ethereal and Shield Drone, (1) Tau Crisis Battle Suit Commander and (2) Gun Drones, (2) Tau XV8 Battlesuits, (6) Vespid Stingwings, a (4) figure Tau Sniper Drone Team, (3) Tau XV25 Stealth Suits, (12) Tau Fire Warriors, (16) Kroot and (1) Hammerhead Tank.

Do you know what is contained in the Battleforce?

I want to get more tau but I don't have $US250 to spend on the box set.

That is most peculiar. I know for a fact that my store is getting the Tau preview stuff mid to late February, and was told they can start selling the stuff (specifically mentioned: Codex) sometime in March.

Maybe America is getting different dates than the UK.:wacko:

And for all us Yanks. Looks like it ISN'T $250.

Yea heard some stuff for a possible codex release sometime mid-FEb, here in America.

in the GW site is says it will cost $205 US a little cheaper then $250.

Probably not the eaerliest.. but these dates are perfect enough for me to gain more wads of cash and get these new awesome models.

Those vespids are a must-get for me...... and I don't even play Tau!
I think Canadian dates are even later

I want that boxed set, but I already have a 1750pt army! Argh!

Oh well, I only really need a suit or 2, some stealths and the Vespid.

When are us Canadians supposed to get our Tau stuff?

Hooooray. Finnally a real and set date to mark on my the wall. Now to rob as many local banks as I can and avoid capture till I've got the models.........

I was thinking of buying it and trying to trade it all off, but first I'd have to run the Parent Gauntlet.

Thanks to GW France we have Frecnh release dates who are very similar or equal to Spanish release dates (im form Spain)

Please, look atthe Tau Battle Force, that´s real cool (1 Crisis), 1 FW squad, 12 Kroot, 1 Devilfish and 3 new stealth suits, i forgot 6 drones and 1 new drone.

That´s perfect to complement my Tau battle force cause im starting a new Tau army. I will buy the new battle force and ... 2 hammerheads, it will be a cool army.

I hate this to is just one partent because my is cool when it comes to 40k shed doesn't really care , but my dad is a different story though

if you go to the GW UK site they have a little flash movie previewing the new units then a line of text saying Tau Empires March its cool to watch but nuttin fancy

According to this months UK WD (Issue 314) Tau Empires will be released next month. So that's on or just after the 24th of Feb.
