Fleet of foot: not an option for ork figures
Grots/squigs:if they are not mounted then the unit moves at the slowest rate possible. I.E. they would have a movement of 6 inches and slow the unit down. I don't think cyboars/boars have the option to take grots at all, and as for squigs i don't believe they can either, but if they could it will slow down the squad.
