Hey, i am quite rusty with warhammer, had a game he other day (1 lose and 1 win, with 1,250pts), but i can try and give you some advice. I have lent out my rulebook so i have no idea what equipment the characters have I'd suggest the following - Upgrade a warplock to a lvl 2 mage, maybe even try a lvl2 plague priest - Give slaves a try, use them to soak up a round or two of 'accidental' Zzzappp shots from your doomwheel, rather than hurting your more valuable units - Im not a huge fan of rat ogres, maybe get a unit of 4 with 2 packmasters, it seems to small to really do all that much, but im not sure Overall sounds good, you could get more bodies, more clanrats, more slaves, in such small point games you can really overwhelm the foe with sheer numbers.
