One quick question regarding the new Techmarine. If a vehicle has suffered both immobilised and weapon destroyed, does the Techmarine make all the repairs in one turn?

No, only one can be repaired each turn.

...if the result is a 6 then either a Weapon Destroyed result or Immobilised result (owning player's choice) will be repaired...
