I like the plasma and missile launcher squads, although you have to amke sure that the plasma is in reach...Does assult initiates mean jump packs or BP and CCW? I think its jump pack so i like it. If you had a attack bike anywhere i'd say add one of thpse to your bike squad..Why if i may ask do you have so many flamers? Just the models you have? They can be quite good sometimes but if given the choice i'd opt for melta's..Maybe look at getting some bigger tanks in there, just have as a lasscannon heavy threat for your enemy to be wary of. Maybe a pred anniliator. But its fairly good i'd say.

lots of boots on the table... which is good, but, no neophytes? they are a cheap way to add a layer of bulk to your squads. Add 1 to the 5 man squads to make an even 6 (the unit stays scoring a bit longer than a 5 man squad). Drop the termie flamer for a more versatile assault cannon (my prefference). Ok so where do you add to now... speeders, 1-3, vindicator or predator tanks... cant go wrong there.

also fluffwise... the termies are no longer initiates, but rather sword bretheren vets. please do not insult their stately honor hehehe.
