Hi people,

I've got a friend who is thinking of starting an Empire Army (probably 2K).

The thing is, he wants to try a list without magic, beasties, or blackpowder; in other words, normal human profiles.

Shooting is fine though, and so is cavalry, but he really likes the whole General + detatchments thing.

Can it be done in way that gives him a reasonable army?

Yes it can be done but not easy. A first time player saying no magic should go for dwarfs tbh. The main reason isn't even casting spells, its dispelling them that is. I will PM you a list.
