As far as the first list is concerned I think it might be tough to reduce 500pts without rethinking the army strategy, perhaps losing the corpse carts would be a good start though as you haven't got too many hard hitting units to benefit from the ASF spell.

On the second list: The Black Axe of Krell is only useable by Wight Kings. It would be interesting to see how an army with so many ghouls would fair, nice theme though.

Oops with the Black axe.

The Infantry deploy in a Phalanx (Wights in middle, skellies on flank) all about 3" away from each other. This means each cart affects all 3 units. The carts are mainly there for the WS6 ASF Wights and Vampire
