In a competitieve list you always take a Warsphinx over a Necrosphinx, Necro is fun but does to little to warrent to points. The talisman on the Liche High priest is redundant, if he is in combat he is dead anyway. I would maybe have a 10 man archer bunker unit, and one 40 skeleton tar pit for the points you have. Maybe put a buff on them, like Killing Blow with your wizard, and they might even kill something.
