They cancelled that service like... 10 years ago. Minimum. You have to rely on forums, FAQs and your mates to make reasonable rulings.

When they removed this email service they said that you can still ask questions by phoning them on their mail order number like you can ask them in store. I've done that in the past when ordering from them by phone but not recently.

Thing is if you phone in 4 times and get 4 different guys answering your call, you'd be guaranteed to get 4 different answers. GW does not have a coordinated rules/questions-team with the sole purpose of working out the strange bits in the rules, unlike some of their competitors (Privateer Press comes to mind).
