This is the new Ultimate Imperial Guard Vehicle conversion guide by myself, Orkstomper09, done with help from Bobahat. its not quite done yet so Ill have a follow up post later if this does well. Before I start, If you give me reputation points, give some to Bobahat.

Leman Russ: heavy flamer sponsons:
Materials: Leman Russ box set, 99120105011, SOB Immolator Sprue, 99390108001
1. assemble leman Russ kit as normal except for sponsons
2. Glue halves of bolter sponsons together
3. remove bolter fronts, save round pieces remaining
4. Get Flamers from immolator sprue
5. remove back half after pipes on the side
6. glue the flamer parts produced to the round parts saved
7. assemble the rest of the housing as normal
8. file if movement of sponson is impaired
9. file off all SOB markings

Leman Russ Demolisher
Materials: Leman Russ box set, 99120105011, SOB Immolator Sprue, 99390108001, Empire cannon Sprue 2, 99390202002

Instructions:
1. assemble leman Russ kit as normal except for turret and sponsons
2. Glue halves of bolter sponsons together
3. remove bolter fronts, save round pieces remaining
4. Find multi meltas from the immolator sprue
5. file flat after storage tank
6. attach to round pieces saved
7. assemble the rest of the housing as normal
8. file if movement of sponson is impaired
9. get empire mortar from sprue
10. glue halves together
11. file off all markings
12. find turret pieces
13. test fit of mortar in place of battle cannon
14. If needed, file down to fit
15. once fit, assemble the rest of the turret as normal
16. attach to tank


Salamander command vehicle
Materials: chimera boxed set, 99120105013; Cadian heavy weapons team box set,
99120105012, Chaos Vehicle Accessory Sprue, 99390102004, Plasticard
1. assemble tracks as normal
2. glue front compartment to base
3. glue back extender onto base
4. glue tracks onto base
5. create base with plasticard on back ridges
6. use plasticard to create high walls around new platform
7. facing the front, cut a viewing slit and gun port in the wall
8. glue heavy flamer into new port
9. file off any symbols showing
10. create crew from parts on the accessory and weapon team sprue
11. assemble the rest of the tank as normal

Salamander scout vehicle
Materials: chimera boxed set, 99120105013; Cadian heavy weapons team box set,
99120105012, Plasticard
1. assemble tracks as normal
2. glue front compartment to base
3. glue back extender onto base
4. glue tracks onto base
5. create base with plasticard on back ridges
6. use plasticard to create high walls around new platform
7. facing the front, cut a viewing slit and gun port in the wall
8. glue auto cannon into new port
9. file off any symbols showing
10. create crew from parts on the accessory and weapon team sprue
11. assemble the rest of the tank as normal

Leman Russ conqueror
Materials: Leman Russ box set, 99120105011, Empire cannon Sprue 2, 99390202002

Instructions:
1. assemble leman Russ kit as normal except for turret
2. get empire cannon from sprue
3. glue halves together
4. cut at line after two mounting nubs
5. file off all markings
6. find turret pieces
7. test fit empire cannon in place of battle cannon
8. If needed, file down to fit
9. once fit, assemble the rest of the turret as normal
10. attach to tank

Leman Russ annihilator
Materials: Leman Russ box set, 99120105011, Space Marine Predator Turret Sprue, 99390199007, green stuff, 99219999005
Instructions:
1. assemble leman Russ kit as normal except for turret
2. get twin linked lascannon from sprue
3. glue halves together
4. cut off two mounting nubs
5. cut off round area
6. find turret pieces
7. cut gun mounting off at angle matching cut lascannon plate
8. glue las cannons to modified turret
9. If needed, file down to fit
10. use green stuff to fill in cracks
11. assemble the rest of the turret as normal
12. attach to tank

Leman Russ exterminator
Materials: Leman Russ box set, 99120105011, 2x Space Marine Predator Turret Sprue, 99390199007, green stuff, 99219999005
Instructions:
1. assemble leman Russ kit as normal except for turret
2. get twin linked lascannon from sprue
3. glue halves together
4. cut off two mounting nubs
5. cut off round area
6. cut off lascannon barrels
7. get 2x autocannons
8. glue halves together
9. cut off auto cannon barrels
10. glue 2x auto cannon barrels to lascannon plates
11. find turret pieces
12. cut gun mounting off at angle matching cut lascannon plate
13. glue plate to modified turret
14. If needed, file down to fit
15. use green stuff to fill in cracks
16. assemble the rest of the turret as normal
17. attach to tank

Leman Russ Vanquisher
Materials: Leman Russ box set, 99120105011, Imperial Basilisk Frame E, 99399999045, green stuff, 99219999005
Instructions:
1. assemble leman Russ kit as normal except for turret
2. get earth shaker cannon from sprue
3. glue halves together
4. cut off where it reaches chamber area
5. find turret pieces
6. test fit cannon in place of battle cannon
7. If needed, cut and file down to fit
8. use green stuff to fill in cracks
9. assemble the rest of the turret as normal
10. attach to tank

Destroyer tank hunter
Materials: Imperial Basilisk Frame E, 99399999045, Imperial Guard Demolisher MK 2, 99140105167, green stuff, 99219999005, plasticard
1. Assemble the Demolisher hull as normal, but leave off the hull-mounted lascannon and the plating that surrounds it.
2. Do NOT Assemble turret
3. For the turret socket, trim down the turret base piece and add the hatch and seal ring
4. fill in cracks with green stuff
5. Cut down the Basilisk barrel to an appropriate length.
6. construct a weapon housing matching the bottom of the hull from plasticard over the lascannon housing
7. Attach two strips of plasticard on the side track plate to serve as the armor skirt frame.
8. Cut a sheet of plasticard and give it two vertical v-gouges to show plates
9. glue armor sheet in place
10. mount the demolisher barrel (minus bottom plate) on your housing
11. mount cut cannon onto barrel
12. fill in cracks with green stuff
13. use metal back vent
14. assemble the rest of the tank as normal
Thunderer siege tank
Materials: Imperial Guard Demolisher MK 2, 99140105167, green stuff, 99219999005, plasticard
15. Assemble the Demolisher hull as normal, but leave off the hull-mounted lascannon and the plating that surrounds it.
16. Do NOT Assemble turret

I wouldn't call that Ultimate! Needs pictures. Sure it seems easy when its all words, but I need a visuals because I'm an idiot. Rep to both of you if this happens
