You army is pretty much my army except a few small difference. Meaning, I love it. I think 3 units of hounds is too much. I also think you'll definitely want to drop a warshrine and magic banners to pick up 3 dragon ogres. They will provide you will valuable wounds. Combined with banner of the gods, dragon ogres are filthy.

As far as the DP goes. Its hit or miss. Fire could be nasty, but I think rolling with the power familiar instead of book of secrets lets your DP cast more fire magic, while still 2 die casting flickering fire from your lvl2.

I would do this, but as a college student with a lot of stuff to pay for every month (i know, i know don't say it), i don't have a lot of spare cash. I'm just goin with what i have at the moment. Unless someone can provide me with a viable cheap alternative for dragon ogres that would be allowed at tournaments?

Also, any suggestions on lores for the DP?

I was thinking fire for all the damage spells and a chance to have one wicked ass sword. But if i plan to terror bomb, some of the death spells could be good too. And should i take Diabolic splendour? or FotBG and bloodcurdling roar?

I'd only take diabolic splendor if you're going slaanesh magic. The roar is too good at killing heavy cav to not take.

The only thing i was thinking is that the -1 would be good for all the panic tests he'll cause, especially if i take Fire and using burning head etc.

But this list does lack heavy armour killers, so BCR is probably better.

After reading your Tactica on M. Horsemen Pinkus, i'm thinkin about swapping the cruise missles for Slannesh Horsemen w/ Throwing axes, flails and a music, its one point more, but is much more versatile..

Not a bad choice. I might even try them tomorrow to see how they work out. My cruise missiles always die, but usually in a spectacular fashion. It'll be something different actually trying to keep these guys alive.

oh i put light armour on them too for the 5+ save to help against bows and the like for 106 points its a pretty nice unit.
