Can anyone give me some ideas for a urbane IG paint scheme? I'm going to start one later on this summer and I might as well figure out some ideas for painting them.

Isn't there an example in codex IG? I think the best urban would be something like dark grey, with light grey camouflage, and a little black and maybe white thrown in.
