I am participating in an escalating Fantasy battle for the next coming months and was wondering what a good combat vampire build would be at 1000 points, 1500 points and 2000 points?

Any ideas would be helpful and if more information is needed, ask

Just try a generic blender vamp as best you can and chuck some wizard levels one him if you can.

Not much you can do at 1000 points... sword of striking, enchanted shield, heavy armor, Lv1... that about does it for your Lord points

Hmmm 1500? Sword of strife, Quickblood, Armor of Destiny Lv2...

2000 is where he opens up a can of ____ ... lots of good combos here... Consider Other tricksters shard., ogre blade or sword of might... quickblood is a must for a blender and dread knight is nice if you will be facing elites.

You can get a good vamp and a level 4 necro at 1000pts my 1000pts is

Level 4 necro 5++ master of the dead
Vamp barded nightmare staff of Damnation bsb enchanted shield lance red fury
Core in 2 skeletons units
4 blood knights champ sword of battle standard vamp bsb here
