VoD Teleporting

Can you deep strike immediatly after using the VoD or does it work like deepstriking in the actual rulebook? (ie. roll the dice for every turn 5+, 4+, ect)

Also, is it a good idea to take a squad of 20 warriors with your lord durring that or is that a bad idea?

You deepstrike immediately, what turn you are on is irrelevent.

20 warriors and a lord is good, but lots of people prefer 10 immortals due to the fact they have assault weapons.
I would definitely say immortals.

With a larger unit, there is a higher chance that wome will die in the landing due to covering a larger area and overflowing onto enemies or terrain.

Because their weapons are assault, they can fire at their full range when they drop in.

They are likely to do more damage in that one turn of shooting that they have before being teleported away.

If fire is returned, or they are charged, they are likely to hold up better because of T5, so that more of them will be able to teleport out next turn.

However, warriors do work well as well, especially attacking isolated units.

When exactly is immediatly?

"I use my VoD and deep strike here." Like that or do I still have to wait till the start of my next turn?
Exactly.

It happens in the movement phase for that turn, it functions completely different to deepstriking reserves.
You point out where you want to deep strike then you roll for scatter and thats where they appear. You don't have to roll to see if they are allowed to teleport like deepstriking. Hope thats clear.
