Hello All,

I'm new to DE and I'm having trouble locating the rules for the Wand of Kharaidon. Does anyone know what book it is located in or perhaps an interenet link to it's rules?

Its in the storm of chaos book with the Cult of Slaanesh stuff. Can still be used by dark elves as well.

Can it be used by standard DE armies or does it have to be a Cult of Slaanesh force?

any of the cult of slannesh magic items can be used by common or garden dark elves

You should be able to find a list of the items on the games workshop website...in the dark elf section under alternative armies I think...
