aesthetically, rules, or fluff?
i'm assuming rules based on where this is... but the shas'vre count as characters (i think that means they can be issued a challenge?) and can take a few extra upgrades compared to the shas'ui. specifically they can take homing becons, markerlights, and 2 drones from the list (excluding missile drones) on page 95 of their codex.
this could be subject to change, though, in the near future. their 7e codex drops this month i think?
