Me and some other guys over at warseer forums have been developing the codex for these chaps. If you would like to be involved then drop on by our official site (http://project-xenarch.blogspot.com)
or check out our thread in the rules developement section at the warseer forums. BTW I would suggest you check out the website first as the project is quite advanced and our thread is about 1000 posts long.
