My Inquisitor's Ritinue

I've got a decision t make but I want some input from you guys:

I've got my inquisitor and a familliar and 6 norm. ISTs and 4 GL ISTs.

What is the best combo???

1) Inquisitor and a familliar plus 3 warriors with GLs and use the rest of the ISTs in one squad.

2) Inquisitor and a familliar plus 3 norm. warriors and use the rest of the ISTs in one squad.

Or something using these:

1 Inquisitor and Familiar(Must have familiar cause I say so)
4 ISTs with GL
5 Norm. ISTs
1 CCW + Pistol IST

I MAY be able to convert something but most likely not, so I would prefer using what I've given you.

You should know by now there's no such thing as a best combo. What works against Tyranids won't always work against Eldar, SM or Tau.

Oh, well I'm be playing Eldar And I managed to make a Acolyte, so heres the new list of dudes you can use:

1 Inquisitor and Familiar(Must have familiar cause I say so)
4 ISTs with GL
5 Norm. ISTs
1 CCW + Pistol IST
1 Acolyte
