One thing that sticks out from the list is your use of guardsmen. They are used quite badly. this can be remedied easily. put the command autocannon into the second squad so it isnt useless. then give the command a couple of special weapons there done!

As for the rest of the list, carapace on the officer is worthless. you have a mastervox yet no other voxes again pointless. the banner seems a little overpriced when you have so few guardsmen though do keep it and play test. with the points saved do what i said wiht the platoons.

split the sentinels into different squadrons or they will die fast.

storm bolter and meltagun seems a bad combo to me either go two weapons of the same type or the same range.

Kill team is a huge points sink so be careful of it.

Other than that seems ok to me.
